During our recent family vacation at Pousada Berimbau, I had the chance to step away from my usual business hotel reviews and embrace a more relaxed atmosphere. Traveling with my grown children and my 5-year-old grandson, I found the hotel to be surprisingly accommodating for families. The children's area was a hit-complete with a playroom stocked with toys and games that kept my grandson entertained for hours. I could actually enjoy a quiet moment by the pool while watching him play. We also joined in on the family cooking class, where we made traditional Brazilian dishes, and our attempts were laughably off-key but nice nonetheless. I was grateful for the casual vibe, which fostered a sense of inclusivity that felt quite refreshing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt at home. While it's far from the corporate hustle I'm used to, Pousada Berimbau struck the right chord for family bonding, offering activities that catered to all ages. If you're looking for a place where both kids and adults can unwind and engage, this is a solid option. Would I recommend it? Certainly, for families seeking a lift from the ordinary.
